About Midtown

Midtown is the central part of the length of the Manhattan borough and island in New York.

Along the north-south axis of Manhattan, Midtown Manhattan separate Lower Manhattan and Upper Manhattan. Midtown Manhattan is the largest business district in the world and ranks among the most heavily exploited properties in the world. The majority of the skyscrapers of New York City, including its hotels and the highest towers, are in Midtown. Some areas, such as Times Square and Fifth Avenue corridor, have many retail stores, and Times Square is the center of Broadway. The America Avenue holds the headquarters of three of the four major US television networks.
